• Knowledge of product hunting, competitor analysis and market research tools.
• Ability to improve Website Conversion Rate, AOV and Organic Sales continuously.
• Experience in website frontend updates, product merchandising and UX optimization.
• Ability to identify and implement relevant AI solutions and E-Commerce tools.
• Cart Abandonment – Monthly reduction.
• Product/Category Opportunities – Regular identification.
• Website Frontend – 100% timely updates.
• Product Merchandising – 100% accuracy.

Eligibility Critaria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in managing an e-commerce website / online store.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, or any e-commerce CMS.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, order management & inventory handling.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer & Visual Merchandiser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D designs, layouts, and visual concepts for stores and displays.
• Create engaging visual merchandising concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Prepare 3D models, renders, floor plans, and presentation layouts.
• Support store launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional displays.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field.
• Experience in 3D design and visual merchandising is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, or similar software.
• Strong creative, visualization, and space-planning skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
