Business Analyst
Work Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process analysis.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and address issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
4-5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably within an IT or technology-focused environment.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment.
Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
Technical Certification / Courses Required
preferably Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related certifications.
Other Requirements
Support project management by providing input on scope, timelines, and resources.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve challenges.
Additional Comments
Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Contribute to change management by creating training materials and facilitating system adoption.
